Return & Refund Policy
At The Creative Boutique LLC, every custom piece is created intentionally and made specifically for you. Because of this made-to-order process, we operate with a transparent and fair return policy that protects both our customers and our small business.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns. This includes apparel and products customized with designs, names, logos, colors, sizes, or any personalization selected by the customer.
Once an order has been submitted and production begins, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Accuracy of Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting their order, including sizing, spelling, design placement, and color selections. Approved orders are produced exactly as requested.
We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully prior to ordering.
If There Is an Issue
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it promptly.
When an issue is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom, ready-made items may be eligible for return consideration within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return approval is required before sending any item back.
