Custom Design Limitations

As a creative business, we reserve the right to determine whether a requested design aligns with our brand, production capabilities, and creative standards.

Payment & Refunds for Refused Orders

If an order is refused before production begins, any payments made will be refunded.
If production has already started, the order may be subject to cancellation without refund due to costs incurred.

Communication

When possible, customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled and informed of the reason in a respectful and professional manner. 
 

Copyright Responsibility Statement

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any images, logos, artwork, text, or designs submitted for customization do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

By placing a custom order, you confirm that:
